Our Program
EMCC is open from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Drop-off begins at 8:00am, and we ask that children be in their classrooms by 9:00am to avoid disruption to the daily routine. Pick-up for school-day hours is between 3:00-3:30PM, and for aftercare hours by 5:00pm.
Ages of Children Served and Admission Requirements
EMCC serves children between the ages of one (1) and five (5) years old. All children must be walking to attend EMCC. Parents must submit an application, along with all required forms and application fees to EMCC for admission. It is the responsibility of the parent to supply accurate record information and notify EMCC of any changes.
Toddler Community
Children must be between the ages of one (1) and three (3) years old, and there must be an available position in the community to which an application is made. Parents may elect to be added to the waitlist until a position becomes available.
Primary Classroom
Children must be between the ages of three (3) and five (5), have a potty training routine, and there must be an available position in the classroom to which an application is made. Parents may elect to be added to the waitlist until a position becomes available.
Toddler Community (ages 1-3)
School day rate (8am - 3:30pm): $900/month
Full day rate (8am - 5pm): $1,050/month
Primary Classroom (ages 3-5)
School day rate (8am - 3:30pm) : $800/month
Full day rate (8am - 5pm): $950/month
Fee Rates
Registration Fee: $150 (due at time of application)
Materials Fee, Option 1: $300, paid in lump sum at time of application
Materials Fee, Option 2: $360, paid monthly in $30 installments
Late Payment Penalty
If a tuition payment is received after the 7th of each month, a late payment fine of $25 will be added to the following month’s bill.
Withdrawal Policy
Because the school is small and depends on the financial support of each student, 30 days notice is required before withdrawing a student. The 30 days begins on the day you provide written notice to the Board. Any tuition or other fees due during the 30 day notice period must be paid. The 30 day notice allows the school to remain financially viable while a replacement student is found.
